With one day left of the shoot for Anurag Kashya's 'Bombay Velvet', the teams has heaved a sigh of relief as the movie has moved forward the day of release. The reason is that now 'P.K.', starring Aamir Khan would not clash with 'Bombay'.

He said, "I think it is correct release date as we will get more theatres. We don`t want to clash with another film as it affects the business of a film. It is the best film. And we hope audience will like the film." 

Earlier,'Bombay Velvet', directed by Anurag Kashyap and leading Ranbir Kapoor within the lead, was set to own a box workplace clash with sensation Aamir Khan's PK this Christmas.

Ranbir Kapoor also said, "Anurag has made this film with lot of hard work and love. It has been a dream of Anurag for nine years. We hope wider audience sees this film as it is an entertaining and engaging film."

But now,'Bombay Velvet'  can unharness on  28th November and Rajkumar Hirani's PK can hit cinema homes on 19th  December .

Bombay Velvet, the primary in a very planned trilogy, tells the story of however urban center became a metropolis. historiographer Gyan Prakash's book metropolis Fables forms the premise for the moving-picture show.

Ranbir and Anushka Sharma, United Nations agency are paired for the primary time within the film, play lovers whose lives immingle with the evolution of the town of urban center, through the 50s to early 70s. The film conjointly stars Karan Johar.
